The Spanish Grup Pons company is a family business that has been producing high-quality olive oils since 1945, during four generations; its oils are known in 100 countries across the world already.

The manufacturer controls the whole production process, from cultivation of olive trees to harvest and transport of olives to the stone mill, olive pressing and filtration of olive oils, test analyses – chemical and organoleptic ones -, bottling, to marketing and distribution of extra virgin olive oils. Thanks to it, constant inspection of quality of all production processes is ensured.

Extra virgin olive oils are made by cold pressing in stone mills on the same day on which the olives are harvested from the trees.
