Our sugars are produced from ripe sugar cane grown in an ideal climate on the rich plantations of the tropical islands of Mauritius and Reunion. The sugars do not undergo the process of chemical refining but are purified through sedimentation and filtration. Thus a higher amount of molasses is preserved, with its characteristic natural caramel taste and aroma as well as its nutritional qualities. Our sugars are rich in minerals and vitamins.

Dry Demerara
A high quality large crystal amber-gold sugar ideal for sweetening warm and cold drinks, fresh fruits, cereals, fruit salads, marmalades, sweet pastries etc. It is irreplaceable in your favourite mixed drinks and cocktails (like mojito).
