The Spanish Grup Pons company is a family business that has been producing high-quality olive oils since 1945, during four generations; its oils are known in 100 countries across the world already.
MONUMENTAL spiced extra virgin olive oils – country of origin Spain. The spiced extra virgin olive oils are made by cold pressing in stone mills on the same day on which the olives are harvested from the trees. Further, dried herbs or spices are added to the olive oil tanks and macerated for one month on average - depending on the taste intensity and ingredient aroma (e.g. chilli is macerated for less than 1 month) Only natural ingredients are used in production of spiced extra virgin olive oils; no chemical preservatives, aromas, colourants or other artificial additives are used.
