Cane sugar from Mauritius
Our sugars are produced from ripe sugar cane grown in an ideal climate on the rich plantations of the tropical islands of Mauritius and Reunion. The sugars do not undergo the process of chemical refining but are purified through sedimentation and filtration. Thus a higher amount of molasses is preserved, with its characteristic natural caramel taste and aroma as well as its nutritional qualities. Our sugars are rich in minerals and vitamins.
Pure maple syrup Medium
Maple syrup is obtained from the sap of Canadian “sugar” maples (Acer saccharum) growing mainly in the Canadian province of Quebec. Those unique maples grow only in the north-eastern part of North America and achieve a height of 30 m and trunk diameter of 90 cm during 250 years of their life.
